When contacting the ABS Customer Service Center please have the following information available:

  • Application being used
  • Company and personal information (such as ABS Worldwide Client Number and User ID)
  • Information on the operating system and browser being utilized
  • Description of the problem, any specific error messages, and when the problem began occuring

How do I reset my password?

Please contact your company’s designated account manager or your administrator (the person who gave you your UserID). He is the only one who can reset your password from the Administration Module in ABS Eagle Portal.

  • Microsoft® Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows Millennium Edition, Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 5 or 6 (Service Pack 6 recommended), Windows 2000, Windows XP Professional or Home Edition, or Windows 7
  • 64 MB of RAM
  • 30 MB of available hard disk space
  • Web browser support: Internet Explorer 5.5 or above
  • Viewing/Printing PDF files: Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or above

Apple Users:

  • Minimum PowerPCR Processor
  • Apple® Mac® OS 9.1 or above
  • 64 MB of RAM
  • HFS formatted hard drive
  • Viewing/Printing PDF files: Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or above
