The United States Coast Guard (USCG) posted a set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) addressing various questions arising since publication in March 2012 of the Final Rule on "Standards for Living Organisms in Ships’ Ballast Water Discharged in U.S. Waters, 33 CFR Part 151 and 46 CFR Part 162".
