INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

At ABS, our internship program is designed to foster the professional development of students and elevate them to a new level of expertise. Whether you are reviewing engineering and technical plans, conducting research analysis, performing calculations, or developing dashboards, our interns make a genuine impact on our global business.

What We Look For

We’re seeking full-time students who are pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in engineering disciplines such as Naval Architecture, Ocean, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural and Civil, or Data, Computer & Information Sciences.

Applicants must be working towards a degree at an accredited school and have completed 50 semester hours before the start of the internship.

The internship takes place at the ABS global headquarters in Houston, TX.

ASPIRE ROTATIONAL PROGRAM

The Aspire Program is a cohort-based rotational program geared towards recent graduates. Selected candidates join ABS as full-time employees for a 12-month rotational working experience, providing both on-the-job experience and professional development. Upon completion of the rotational training, these individuals kick off their careers with ABS in a profession related to their training education and career goals.

Aspire Program Options:

     Core Aspire: The Core program is geared toward graduates with a naval architecture degree or a degree in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, ocean or marine engineering. Following rotational training, these individuals are placed in North America, South America, Europe or Asia.  

     Digital Aspire: The Digital program is geared toward graduates with information science, computer science, engineering, data science, and cybersecurity backgrounds.
