California State Lands Commission Biofouling Regulations

California State Lands Commission Biofouling Regulations

The California State Lands Commission issued a notice of changes to proposed amendments of its regulations for the management of biofouling for vessels operating in California waters. The Commission will accept written comments on the proposed changes until 28 January 2012.
