MSC - Amendments to the ISM Code become effective on 1 July 2010

Safety Management Systems may need to be reviewed and updated in light of amendments to the ISM Code coming into effect on 1 July this year. In the following documents, ABS offers a summary and assessment of the amendments, as well as the IMO MSC Resolution with all the amendments.
