Paris MOU on Port State Control on the ILO MLC 2006

The Paris MOU on Port State Control issued a press release advising that as of 20 August 2013 twelve member States will start port state control enforcement of the ILO MLC 2006 Convention: Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Latvia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, the Russian Federation, Spain and Sweden.

The Paris MOU guidelines for port state control are reportedly in line with those developed by the ILO available on the ILO website.
