USCG & US EPA on MARPOL Annex VI Air Pollution Requirements

The US Coast Guard (USCG) and the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with each other and issued a joint letter to the marine industry on enforcement of MARPOL Annex VI Air Pollution requirements in US waters.
