US EPA Next Vessel General Permit (VGP)

US EPA Next Vessel General Permit (VGP)

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced a delay in publication of its new Vessel General Permit (VGP) to 15 March 2013. The effective date of the new VGP has not changed. It will replace the current VGP on 19 December 2013. Additional information is available on the EPA website.
