Findings Accessibility. Access to view findings on the "Findings" page in the ABS Myfreedom Client Portal is now restored. There are a few instances where this is not the case: (a) for oversight projects and (b) findings that have been reassigned.

Oversight Projects. We have increased the visibility of the oversight projects to oversight users and continue to work on expanding accessibility further. However, some clients may temporarily (estimated through early June) lose the ability to submit packages if they are both an oversight customer and a submitter. Viewing findings by oversight customers is temporarily restricted. |

User Experience. We have resolved a vast majority of user access issues. If you continue to have challenges logging into the ABS MyFreedom Client Portal, please report them via ABSServiceDesk@eagle.org. Report users will notice a change in format for reporting as duplicate headers were removed and columns were aligned to the prior formatting to work with existing client-built macros. Additionally, we've reduced the file size for published drawings. |
