ABS Presents Safety Initiative Award at Seatrade Maritime Awards Asia

K.W. Lee, ABS Greater China Division (GCD) Senior Vice President, presented the Safety Initiative Award to Keppel FELS Limited at the event on June 23 in Hong Kong.

ABS was invited to participate in the 10th Seatrade Maritime Awards Asia. K.W. Lee, ABS Greater China Division (GCD) Senior Vice President, presented the Safety Initiative Award to Keppel FELS Limited at the event on June 23 in Hong Kong. Pier Carazzai, ABS Area Manager for Taiwan, Hong Kong and China Southern District also attended the event.

Widely known as one of the region’s most prestigious industry events, the 10thSeatrade Maritime Awards Asia attracted around 400 key industry leaders and figureheads from the international maritime industry. The 12 competing categories of awards this year included an Education & Training Award, Environment Protection Award, Technical Innovation Award, Corporate Social Responsibility Award, Safety Initiative Award, Ship Manager Award, Ship Owner/Operator Award, Ports & Terminals Award, Maritime Law Award, Ship Finance Award, Shipbuilding & Repair Yard Award, and Deal of the Year Award.
