ABS

Arinjit Roy, ABS Vice President of Regional Business Development, will provide background on the impending IMO Data Collection System (DCS) requirements and walk you through the steps to compliance.

He started with ABS as a Surveyor and held many different positions over the years including Divisional Lead Offshore Surveyor – Pacific, Assistant Country Manager – Korea, Operations Manager – Northern Pacific Region and most recently Director - Tankers, managing the ABS business strategy and coordination efforts in this sector.

Prior to joining ABS, Roy worked in various roles in the oil and gas, ship construction and power generation industries. He completed his undergraduate in Marine Engineering Technology from Maine Maritime Academy and his MBA from Nicholls State University.
