Regulatory News

China Maritime Safety Administration (MSA) New Emergency Reporting Requirements

China MSA implemented new emergency reporting requirements for foreign flagged ships beginning 01 March 2025. These requirements are to be followed when a ship needs to urgently enter the internal waters of the People’s Republic of China due to an emergency situation.
