Joint Sulfur Campaign by SECA Countries

The Danish Maritime Authority (DMA) issued a news release advising that an international information campaign on the new stricter sulfur requirements and their enforcement will be launched in February, along with enhanced cooperation between the so-called Sulfur Emission Control Area (SECA) countries. Ships subject to Port State Control inspections in SECA countries will receive a pamphlet informing them of the new regulations and how to achieve compliance.
